Lets get busy this time with the G Diminished 7th chord!

It is created at the 7th degree of the Ab Harmonic Minor scale

and it can also be used as substitution of the F#7 chord giving a F#7b9!

The chord tones are:

G-Bb-Db-Fbb

and the interval spelling is:

1 b3 b5 bb7.
