Strings & Wine is a curated journey through the life of the vine: from the earth and the first growth of the vineyard to fermentation, maturation and the lingering memory left by a remarkable glass of wine.

Performed by a string quartet or quintet, the experience unfolds alongside a guided wine tasting led by a sommelier or winery host. Each wine is paired with a distinct musical world, selected or specially arranged to reflect its character.

Colour, aroma, acidity, body and finish are translated into rhythm, harmony, dynamics and timbre—creating an experience that invites guests to listen more closely, taste more deeply and remember more vividly.

The Golden Tree is a story-led musical tasting inspired by the olive tree’s place in Greek history, mythology and daily life—from the gift of Athena to the contemporary ritual of sharing food around a table.

The experience begins with a short spoken introduction that opens a world of myth, landscape and memory. From there, olive oil tasting becomes part of a wider sensory journey, accompanied by music that evokes the earth, the sea, the wind and the enduring rhythm of the Mediterranean.

The sound world is intimate and elemental: modal harmonies, sustained resonance, contemporary Greek musical textures and original arrangements inspired by ancient ideas without attempting to recreate the past.

A Musical Menu brings these elements into dialogue with live music. Each course is given its own musical identity, designed in collaboration with the chef, sommelier and host.

Rather than performing continuously, the ensemble appears in carefully placed musical chapters throughout the dinner. A brief opening before the first course. A transition between flavours. A moment of stillness before dessert. A final musical gesture that brings the evening to a close.

The music is never decoration. It becomes a second tasting note.

Sunset Strings is a live musical experience created for that moment.

Beginning thirty to forty-five minutes before sunset, a string quartet or quintet follows the emotional arc of the changing light: warmth, anticipation, intensity, release and the quiet glow that remains after the sun has disappeared.

The repertoire moves between minimal and neo-classical textures, cinematic arrangements, refined interpretations of iconic songs and elegant references to Greek melody. Original transitions and short compositions create a continuous flow, allowing the music to feel as natural as the landscape itself.

The Hellenic Odyssey is a cinematic musical journey through the many identities of Greece.

Created for international audiences, the experience moves through musical landscapes rather than offering a chronological lecture. Surviving ancient musical ideas, modal textures, traditional influences, urban song, Greek cinema and contemporary writing come together in a refined programme for strings.

With optional English narration, the performance gives guests a deeper connection to the country around them: not the Greece of postcard clichés, but a Greece of memory, contrast, imagination and emotional depth.

Ancient Echoes is a contemporary immersive experience, a custom musical masterpiece written by Theodore Kalantzakos inspired by a surviving ancient Greek musical fragment known as the Epitaph of Seikilos. This ancient material is approached with respect and imagination, placed in dialogue with original modal compositions and contemporary writing.

This is not an attempt at absolute historical reconstruction.

It is a living artistic response to surviving evidence: a contemporary journey shaped by ancient Greek music, poetry and memory.

Guests do not simply hear background music. They enter a curated journey through one of the oldest surviving musical ideas of the Greek world.

Greek Cinema & Strings reimagines the emotional world of Greek film music through an elegant live string experience. It is a tribute not to nostalgia alone, but to the atmosphere and artistic imagination that made Greek cinema travel far beyond its borders.

Through selected music associated with composers such as Mikis Theodorakis, Stavros Xarchakos and Mimis Plessas, the ensemble creates a refined, instrumental portrait of Greece: sophisticated, intimate, sunlit and deeply cinematic.

The experience may be accompanied by visual material inspired by Greek landscape, architecture, shadows and movement—created to support the atmosphere without relying on film clips.
